Sometimes running a business can be hard, lonely and overwhelming among many other things! We can end the day with more on our to-do list than what we started with. One thing that makes my business less stressful is these game-changing business apps. It’s time for you to take back that control of your business and life.

1. Asana

Scrap that piece of paper or the hundred post-it notes that are all over your office space, it’s time to jump on the online task manager bandwagon. It’s going to be transformational, I promise! You’ll be jumping into your day with a clear list of tasks that will keep you focused, motivated and super organised.

One of my favs is Asana. It’s an online app that allows you to stay on top of all your projects and tasks, not only for your business but your life too. Its simple layout makes it easy to set tasks for yourself and your team (if you have one!). Click here to start smashing that long arse to-do list! (Thank me later!) An added bonus is that it’s free!

2. Studio Ninja

It’s time to say goodbye to those spreadsheets that have all of your clients’ details or contact information that’s stored away in your inbox and say hello to an online system that holds it all in one place. Studio Ninja’s CRM (customer relations manager) is perfect for photographers and creative businesses, with its simple dashboard it’s easy to navigate and set up your workflows, invoicing and calendar. A great system to keep track of leads, client communications and bookings and integrates with a number of other programs so you can create a custom CRM fit for your biz. It’s a perfect starting point for any creative small business. Click here to try it with my exclusive discount.

3. Later

The best thing I ever did for my content marketing was scheduling out my Instagram posts in advance – such a time-saving hack! Later is my favourite among the many options for scheduling apps because of its visual elements. You can view all of your posts visually how they will look in your feed before posting. Which is super helpful to make sure it all works together in your feed. Try it here

4. Canva

In a visual world, content is so important! Your content needs to catch the eye of your ideal clients quickly. You can become a content creation queen using one of my fav apps Canva. It’s super easy to use and learn which is why I love it so much. It has many graphic templates and options that you can tailor-make to match your branding. Click here to try Canva for free.

5. Xero

Excel docs are so old school (yes, I did just say that)…especially for running finances for your business. It’s time to level up your business and have all of your business accounts in one easy to use system. There are many options out there for accounting softwares but I love using Xero for my small business for ease of use. Click here to check out Xero

6. Kajabi

If you run an online course or program Kajabi is the all in one solution for your business. Have all of your educational products in the palm of your hand and the best part it’s super easy for your clients to use. With Kajabi you can create online content, set up workflows and automations, plus so much more goodness. Don’t take my word for it, go and check it out for yourself here

I hope these apps support you in your business and allow you to uplevel. I’d love to know if you have any other recommendations, share them in the comments.
